GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Infant Jesus High School is established and administrated by the Infant Jesus Church which is a Roman Catholic Church. The School falls within the religious jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Mumbai.

The school was established in the year 1967.

It is an Government recognized school.

The School caters primarily to the education of Catholic girls and boys, the preservation of their Catholic faith but is open to pupils of all castes and creeds. Value Education forms an important part of the school curriculum.

The school strives to impart a sound liberal education aimed at the development and full flowering of the total personality of the child. Hence, education is directed towards training of the pupil’s intellectual, moral, spiritual, emotional, physical and aesthetic endowments and such cultural attainments are as suited for boys and girls. It is hoped that through the curricular and co-curricular activities in the school, the growing bodies of our boys and girls acquire vigour, ability and grace; their minds gain in knowledge and wisdom and their souls in purity and charity of God.
The academic year begins in June and consists of two terms and tests.
